Named after the popular Koi fish, the villa is inspired by a tropical aquatic life such as the lily and koi ponds that are incorporated throughout the premise. Spread across two floors, Koi features four bedrooms with private balconies, garden views and is inclusive of a media room with a sofa cum bed that serves as a fourth bedroom when required.
